A deliberately short path from unknown estate to running platform. Every phase ends in an artefact you own — inventory, design, or infrastructure — so you can stop, switch or scale at any boundary.

    Requirement Analysis & Audit

    We start by reading the system, not the wish list. Infrastructure inventory, IaC coverage, network and identity posture, pipeline health and spend patterns — plus an honest read on what your team can carry after we leave. You finish this phase with a written baseline and a prioritised findings register, whether or not you continue.

    Findings become a buildable design.
